HYROX Abu Dhabi returns to the UAE capital for the 2026/27 season at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Friday, 23 October is a Women’s Only Race Day, welcoming female athletes and spectators only. Saturday features men’s races, adaptive men’s races, and Pro divisions; Sunday features doubles, adaptive women’s, Pro doubles, and relay races.
