An onsite workout competition for teams of three at Champs Sports Club. Teams will complete four workouts with 15 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest across a 90-minute session, testing strength, conditioning, and endurance. Participants must be 18 or older. Payment of AED 300 per team is due at the door on event day.
